Eligibility for Returns:
(a) Return Period: You may request a return for any physical product purchased directly from PerfectNutri within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date, as indicated on the packing slip or other proof of purchase. Any return requests initiated after this thirty-day period shall be considered time-barred and may be rejected by the Company in its sole discretion.
(b) Condition of Products: Only products that remain in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, complete with all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, and the original packing slip, are eligible for return. Items that are altered, opened, or show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect them for suitability may be deemed ineligible for return. -
Return Authorization Procedure:
(a) Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, you must send a written request via email to Admin@perfectnutri.com. Your request must include:- The original order number and date of purchase;
- A detailed description of the product(s) you wish to return;
- The reason for the return.
(b) Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”): Upon receipt of your return request, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or other return instructions. You must adhere strictly to these instructions to ensure a valid and timely return. Returns without a proper RMA or that fail to comply with the instructions provided may be refused or delayed.
(c) Return Shipping: You acknowledge and agree that all return shipping and related costs, including but not limited to packaging, insurance, and carrier fees, shall be borne solely by you, the customer. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for products lost, damaged, or delayed in transit during the return process. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

Inspection and Refund Process:
(a) Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product(s), the Company or its authorized agent will conduct a reasonable inspection to confirm eligibility and verify that the returned items are unused, undamaged, and contain all originally included materials.
(b) Refund Determination: Subject to confirmation of eligibility and compliance with this Return Policy, the Company will process a refund in the original form of payment. This refund shall be limited to the purchase price of the returned product(s) as indicated on the original packing slip, excluding any shipping and handling charges. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the return or refund process.
(c) Processing Time: The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to process valid returns and issue refunds within fourteen (14) business days following completion of the inspection. Actual timing of funds availability after the refund may vary depending on your financial institution. -
Exclusions and Limitations:
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse returns, deny refunds, or impose additional conditions where it determines that the request does not comply with this Return Policy or is otherwise in bad faith. This Return Policy does not apply to products identified as “final sale,” “non-refundable,” “custom,” or other similar designations at the time of purchase, which may not be returned or refunded under any circumstances. -
No Waiver of Rights:
Nothing in this Return Policy shall be construed as waiving or limiting any rights the Company may have under applicable law to refuse returns, deny refunds, or pursue available legal remedies. This Return Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review and remain in compliance with its terms.
